A Second Chance

Everyone deserves a second chance. That's why we started the SAA Alignment Workforce Training Program. Studies show that providing previously incarcerated individuals with training and employment opportunities decreases repeat offences. Meanwhile, employers are one half to one third as likely to hire someone with a criminal record as they are someone without. Our goal is to give formerly incarcerated individuals the skills they need to rehabilitate themselves and reintegrate into society.
